What information is collected?

The form collects your name, contact email, scenario, city and the project requirements you provide. There is no phone field. Do not enter passwords, identity card numbers, detailed addresses or sensitive floor-plan information.

When is data sent, and how is it used?

Checking, copying or downloading a brief happens only in the browser. Selecting ‘Submit engineering enquiry’ sends the information to this website's server and saves it in the hosting platform's database. WiFi-HK uses form data only to understand and follow up this engineering enquiry; the form does not automatically send emails or notifications.

Only the signed-in website owner can view and delete enquiries. Information is retained until enquiry handling and related follow-up no longer require it, then deleted by the owner. To request correction or deletion, use the same form and provide the original enquiry reference.

Website and hosting

The website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics; font files are loaded from this website. The hosting platform may process necessary records for security and operation. External official reference websites handle data under their own policies.

Project and Content Scope

Knowledge articles and diagrams provide engineering planning education, and do not imply approval by a regulator or equipment brand. Installation arrangements, equipment and contract terms must be confirmed per project. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a booking, quotation or acceptance of the work.
