Thoughtful connections for every space
Use the same enquiry form to organise and submit your requirements. The scope we can undertake and engineering arrangements must be confirmed separately.

Built around your space
Choose the closest scenario to understand planning priorities, what to prepare before a survey and how acceptance testing should work.
Plan for simultaneous connections in meeting rooms and support calls and collaboration while users move around.
Video Meetings · High-Density Meeting RoomsMetal equipment, interference and operational constraints need to be planned around the production process.
Production devices · Industrial environmentsShelving, stock and movement routes affect connectivity for handheld devices.
Scanning terminals · Rack aislesGuest rooms, public spaces and operational systems need different access and management arrangements.
Guest-Room Coverage · Guest SegmentationSeparate operational devices from customer access, while considering peak periods and branch management.
Point-of-sale systems · Guest Wi-FiDevice numbers, applications and user roles vary between classes, requiring clear capacity and access design.
Classroom density · Access permissionsMore than signal bars
Usable commercial Wi-Fi requires wireless networking, infrastructure and operational needs to be designed together.
Explore engineering methods and acceptance testingUnderstand walls, racks, mounting heights and nearby wireless conditions. Predictive planning helps with an initial design, but does not replace on-site measurements.
Plan around concurrent devices and real applications. Validate moving connections with specified client devices rather than signal bars alone.
Check switch power capabilities, per-port and total PoE budgets, together with cabling, uplinks and internet bottlenecks.
Clarify permissions for staff, visitors and operational devices; assess network segments, access policies, management options and ongoing licence costs.
Agree test areas, devices, applications and assessment criteria in advance. Hand over configuration, labels, records and maintenance responsibilities.
A clear path to delivery
These four stages can be discussed to suit the project, from planning a new site to improving an existing network.

Greater Bay Area
Whether the site is in Hong Kong, Macao or a mainland Greater Bay Area city, first clarify its location, use and schedule so the next step can be assessed.
These locations can be selected when preparing requirements. The scope, installation arrangements, applicable equipment and required qualifications for cross-border projects must be confirmed for the location and project.

Questions, answered
Start with actual needs when discussing specifications, budget and engineering scope.
Area alone cannot accurately determine this. Walls, floors, racks, concurrent devices, applications and client characteristics all affect AP numbers and locations. Preliminary floor-plan work can help estimate requirements, but the final design needs an on-site assessment.
Start by recording the times, locations, affected devices and existing equipment, then discuss the appropriate investigation scope. Interference, placement, capacity, the wired network or the internet connection may be responsible; replacing everything may not be necessary.
The choice must match client support, site conditions, budget and locally permitted bands. A newer standard does not automatically improve every client or use case; equipment and spectrum requirements for Hong Kong, Macao and Mainland China should be checked separately.
There is no guarantee. Clients usually decide when to switch APs; network coverage, configuration and roaming assistance affect the outcome. Compatibility, authentication and applications also matter. With supported equipment, 802.11k, 802.11v and 802.11r can assist roaming, but real clients and routes must still be tested.
The website accepts requirements for projects in different Greater Bay Area cities. The project location, installation arrangements, required qualifications, equipment requirements and work we can undertake must each be verified before formal confirmation.
After you complete the form and select ‘Submit engineering enquiry’, the information is saved for WiFi-HK to follow up, and a reference number appears on success. Generating, copying or downloading a brief alone does not submit it; survey, quotation and response arrangements must be confirmed separately.
Describe your site requirements and submit an enquiry so we can understand your connection problems.
